New attractive appartments for sale

At the spring time there is usually a good selection of re-sale appartments for sale. Also this year we have got some really nice appartments to our portfolio; among these ones there might be suitable for many of those, who look a for holiday home.

 In Olive City we have this charming appartment with 2 bedrooms. The residence has really good facilities. In the appartment there is floor heating in all premises, which makes it possible to stay in pleasant conditions also in winter time.



We also have this appartment with only one bedroom in Olive City. The area has great facilities for thw whole family even for a longer visit. So there is no need to go fishing for services from far away.

 Also Utopia I -area has a good variety of facilities. This appartment with 2 bedrooms is in the 5th floor and has great view over the city all the way to the sea.

 If one prefers to spend time outside of the city, one should take a look for this complex called Ocean View Demirtas. The complex is taken good care of and there are some nice and cosy  appartments for sale.

Get on the bus...

At time it can be hard finding your way around the network of local busses in Alanya. Especially since each municipality has its own busses, and they all service not only their own municipality, but also other areas. So the city buses from Mahmutlar are servicing the Alanya area and the busses from Tosmur also goes to Kestel and so on... Generally speaking the busses operate from around 7 o'clock morning to around midnight. But what are there exact routes? That is not so easy to know :-) For the busses from Alanya municipality there is now a solution for this, since all the lines and routes can now be found  at this map - click to see...
