Do you miss Turkey and Alanya when you are not here?  Well, then we understand how you feel. Especially the Turkish cuisine is worth traveling for, and many rightly believe that it is among the best in the world.   We have received a recipe from the website www.webopskrifter.dk on how to make some delicious Turkish meatballs, in Turkey called "köfte".   We took the recipe to En Vie Beach restaurant where it was used to create the dish "Balkan köfte", which consist of the Turkish meatballs and a mash made on eggplant.   So go ahead and try it out for yourself.
