The traditional:
- Tell friends, family, co-workers and colleagues from the football club, that you have put your property for sale. Ask them to share this on to their friends and family.
- Put up a notice in the local supermarket. Many supermarkets have boards that are designed for this.
- Also, many sports centers, sports clubs, schools, etc. have bulletin board where you have to put a notice up.

The modern:
- Inform your friends from social networks that you now have a home for sale, and send a link with the sales presentation. Remember to ask your Facebook friends to share your updates with their friends.
- Also send an email to friends and family, send possibly some shots with the mail.
